Visit the Better Project and register for a free account. From there, you can take the Better Self, Better Leader and Better Performance assessments (more information below) or you can navigate to the Vitality Tracker and start building your energy data. I suggest you download the app to your mobile device and also bookmark the Vitality Tracker on your desktop computer so you can easily access it throughout the day.

The Vitality Tracker helps you to build a better awareness about how your energy levels fluctuate each day.

Immediately you’ll gain insights into how your energy impacts your performance in all areas of your life. From there you can start to identify the decisions you need to take and the changes you need to make so that you can live, lead and perform better.
