Own Your Journey by working through the principles and practices of Better Self, Better Leader and Better Performance.
Through this program leaders will develop the clarity, courage and confidence in their ability to concisely answer four big questions; Who am I, Why am I here, What am I doing and How am I being?
These questions inform and guide their journey towards Self, Leadership and Performance mastery.
This program is delivered as a 1 day development experience each 1/4 over a 12 month period, or fast tracked as an intensive, 3 day, fully immersive retreat.

how I love to work with leadership teams
The work that I do with leadership teams is intentionally deep, reflective and transformational.
Creating the time and space where leaders:
feel safe to explore; and
are freed from the expectations and distractions that their role demands,
is fundamental for leaders to get the most benefit from my programs.
This approach allows leaders to fully experience what it feels like to be far more present, intentional and mindful than they otherwise might be.
Transformation is rarely a ‘once off epiphany’ event. It happens as a result of intentional investment and commitment over time. That’s why I love working with leadership teams over a one to two year period.
I believe the optimum approach to my work with leadership teams is a quarterly 1 day workshop, where your leaders are given access to deep thinking about personal and professional leadership, space to reflect on it, and time to process what this means for them.
The suggested structure of these sessions follows the program outlines shown above.
